Fall Strength & Conditioning Camp

Boys and girls in grades 5 – 8 are invited to unlock their athletic potential at Strength & Conditioning Camp. The program is led by a team of certified and experienced strength coaches who guide each participant on their athletic journey. Safety is our top priority, and all activities are tailored to suit the developmental needs of middle schoolers, ensuring they progress at a pace that’s both effective and safe.
Throughout the camp, participants will engage in a variety of weight room activities aimed at building strength, endurance, agility, and overall athleticism. This includes the fundamentals of lifting, proper form, and injury prevention. Over time, participants will not only notice physical improvements but also gain a sense of accomplishment and a growth mindset that will translate to success no matter their sport.
Fall Camp:
- Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
- The camp runs from October 9 – November 29
- Note: We will not have camp sessions on October 11, November 21, or November 23
