With more than 600 athletes competing in 17 sports, athletics are essential to the overall student experience at St. Edward High School. The athletic department’s philosophy emphasizes players as learners first—and then athletes. The teamwork and discipline gained on the playing field perfectly complement all we teach in our classrooms and embrace in our Catholic faith.
Varsity Gold Wrestling Hosts St. Edward Quad to Open Season
Varsity Wrestling Quad vs. DeSales, Beavercreek, and Moeller | Saturday, December 6
The St. Edward Quad will mark the start of Varsity Gold Wrestling's 2025 season this Friday, December 6. Varsity Gold will face Beavercreek, Moeller, and St. Francis DeSales.
The approximate schedule is as follows:
- 10:15 am - Doors Open
- 11:00 am - St. Edward vs. Beavercreek | DeSales vs. Moeller
- 12:30 pm - St. Edward vs. DeSales | Beavercreek vs. Moeller
- 2:00 pm - St. Edward vs. Moeller | Beavercreek vs. DeSales

Future Eagles Club
Join the St. Edward High School kids club for boys in sixth-grade or younger. Membership is FREE and includes complimentary admission to St. Ed’s home athletic events.
