Running is a great way to condition! And as athletes, we RUN!  

All returning athletes must complete a mile run in less than 10 minutes at tryouts to be eligible to continue with the tryout process.

All NEW TEAM will be expected to be able to run a mile in under 10 minutes by mid July.
